Terms

A clear agreement for getting things done.

These terms describe how TASK helps people request, coordinate, and pay for real-world work.

Requests and offers

A request describes work, timing, location, and a fixed total. People may respond with a comment and a fixed-price offer. An offer is not an assignment until TASK confirms it.

Fixed prices

The customer approves a maximum total before assignment. A change to scope or price needs a new approval. TASK does not use hourly overruns for the initial marketplace.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate details, a safe place to work, lawful instructions, and timely access. Do not request unsafe, illegal, or regulated work through TASK.

Proof and payment

Helpers can submit completion notes and photos. Payment actions follow the task record and the payment provider’s rules. TASK does not promise a provider outcome or call a payment hold escrow unless the applicable agreement says so.
